The Hagerty Dentistry Team

Amanda is a registered dental hygienist and dental assistant. She joined our practice in 2007, and loves the trust and good rapport that she develops with our patients. A graduate of Lansing Community College’s Dental Hygiene School, Amanda was awarded the Dorothy Lesher Scholarship and also served as Hygiene Class President from 2007-2008.

When she’s relaxing at home, Amanda cares for her beloved dog, Semper Fidelis. She also likes dancing, singing, reading, and being around her “eclectic” family.

Lori is a registered dental hygienist. A longtime member of our staff, she first came to work at Hagerty Dentistry in 1996. Lori earned a general associate’s degree and an associate of applied science degree in dental hygiene from Lansing Community College, and she is a member of the American Dental Hygiene Association. She appreciates the cutting-edge technology our office provides and the accompanying philosophy that our patients are the number one priority.

Lori and her husband have been married for 30 years and have two grown children and one grandchild. Outside of work hours, Lori goes sailing with her husband and also likes to ride her bike, take walks, and camp with loved ones.

Demery is a dental hygienist and part of our business-desk personnel. She earned a BS in environmental science from MSU and an associate’s degree in dental hygiene from Lansing Community College. A member of the Michigan Dental Hygienist Association, Demery started working with us in 2007. She derives energy from our dynamic team and loves establishing a personal connection with patients.

Demery and her husband Michael have a daughter, Jacqueline. Away from the office, Demery enjoys bike riding and scrapbooking.

Rhonda is our office coordinator. A member of medical and dental practices since 1993, she came on board with Hagerty Dentistry in 2008. At Lansing Community College, Rhonda studied pre-nursing and business for two years. She loves going to work every day to greet and assist our great patients. Rhonda is proud that Dr. Hagerty is kind and compassionate, qualities that set the tone for our staff to be caring and attentive.

Married since 1992, Rhonda and her husband have two children, a boy and a girl. In her free hours, Rhonda enjoys scrapbooking, reading, and being outdoors.

Deb is a clinical assistant. Part of our staff since 1997, she has kept her skills sharp by attending many continuing education courses promoted by our practice. An advocate of patient education, Deb enjoys helping our patients make informed choices in their oral healthcare. She appreciates the way Dr. Hagerty cares for each patient as if he or she were family.

Deb and her husband have three children, and in addition to being involved in little-league sports, they often take family fishing and camping trips.

Gin is a dental hygienist. She holds an associate’s of applied science degree in dental hygiene and is a member of the American Dental Hygiene Association. She joined the Hagerty Dentistry team in 2006, and she loves the relational aspect of dentistry, getting to know our patients and watching their families grow and grow up.

Gin spends much of her free time with her husband and their two children. Scrapbooking, creating stained glass artworks, and yard work are Gin’s other recreational activities.
 
Maggie is a registered dental hygienist. Her experience spans several decades, beginning in 1970. Maggie holds an associate’s of applied science degree from Lakeland College, and has been part of the Hagerty Dental team since 1991. Always ready to learn new things, Maggie likes the cutting-edge technology we offer at the practice to better serve our patients.

Maggie and her husband are the parents of three grown children and the doting grandparents of four. In her spare time, she enjoys family time, gardening, photography, and travel.
